Always understaffed, slow staff, and they never have extra batches ready for when they run out. Save urself 15 minutes and drive the extra 10 to Willowbrook.

I watched a worker stick a thermometer in each single container of food, if you have an allergy DO NOT GO HERE!! They wipe their food thermometer on the same nasty, dirty towel after each stick. Also, if you have a beard or hair past your butt, wear a hairnet please!!!!!!!! It’s a violation!!!! HR needs to go here, not us. Not only this, but the food is cold, the workers are miserable, and sanitization is out the window. Do better chipotle, do better
