  Terrible experience, bad chicken, didn’t close the lid on the chimichuri and gave me a cracked lid so the sauce spilt everywhere, employees are rude, bad portion sizes, worst chipotle i’ve ever been to. If you want to go to chipotle, go anywhere but this one.

  If I can give them zero stars I would. By far the worst chipotle out there. Been there multiple times only because they are the closest to my home but each time they get worse and worse. Today was the final straw. Took 30 minutes to get our food. And when we finally got it, it was cold as if everything including the meat just came out of the refrigerator. TERRIBLE

  So today before I had work, I placed an order for the chipotlane pickup 40 minutes ahead of time and scheduled for it to be ready at 3. I get there at 3 and a car is already waiting and they took forever to get their stuff (okay cool I get I used to work fast food so I know sometimes orders can get messed up etc/difficult customers). 10 minutes later I get up to the window to pick up my food and now its 3:10. I proceeded to wait 10 minutes with 2 different employees looking at me through the window not once, not twice, but three different times each. At this point I am hangry, wondering if I am about to be late for work, and minutes away from crashing out. Finally its 3:21 and one of the guys comes to the window and finally asks for my name. I said my name and what do you know, my order was literally right next to the window. The entire time. He gives me my bag and I grabbed it and sped off out of pure frustration. I get to my job on time (thank god) and open my food and there's barely any chicken, not enough rice and drenched in lettuce. And this is not the first time that something like this has happened before as almost everyone who goes here has dealt with the same sub par experience. To whoever owns/manages this location, please do yourself a favor and watch the work ethic and mannerism of your employees or the place will literally be below a 1 star on google (surprised its not already).

  It's a chipotle. If you live in this town it's the only one for miles. The food is fine, the service is okay...it's a chipotle! Maybe one thing to mention here is that while the parking lot looks like there's a second exit that will let you get out to go without needing to do a loop, there isn't. So...I don't know. Do with that what you will.

  Food was what you’d normally expect from a chipotle but the service was HORRIBLE!! The staff is very unwelcoming. I went in to order and got stared at by 4 different employees, one employee told the other one “there’s people waiting on line” but I was still waiting there ignored. The employees were having a conversation and literally staring at me waiting. I even asked the girl behind me if I was waiting to order in the right spot because the way they were looking at me but not coming over to take my order was very off putting. It takes probably less than one minute to fill a chipotle bowl- they can finish talking later. The only kind employee was a young blonde kid working the register. He was taking care of customers waiting to order, doing register, AND calling DoorDash pickups while his 5 other coworkers stood behind him chatting. I worked customer service for 5 years and have never treated a customer how I was treated tonight. I’d rather take my business elsewhere ✌️
