When I got there I had to wait 5 min and no one asked me for my order. They saw me standing there and didnt acknowledge me so I had to ask for help to get my food.

Went there today to pick up an online order for my office Christmas party and when I opened the bag there was food spilled all inside due to a loose lid, it’s fine accidents happen. When I brought it to the workers attention I was responded with attitude and a rude spanish remark was shared between coworkers (I speak/understand Spanish). Once I got back to my office, we discovered the sides of guacamole and chips we ordered were missing from the order. I have given this specific Chipotle plenty of business throughout the years and I have finally decided to give up on coming here. Thankfully the new chipotle on Hamburg Tpke opened up, I’ll be bringing my business there going forward. Management needs to do better in terms of training the staff to be nicer to customers and be on top of making sure orders are fulfilled completely, especially for pricey add-ons such as chips and Guac.

Every time there is something wrong with my order, burrito not wrapped correctly to the point where when I unwrap it it falls apart, order takes forever to be made at the store, vibe just seems off in there. Would not recommend this location

Service was horrible, they even refused to give us a cup for water and the employees were screaming and cursing in Spanish. Weirdest experience ever.
- CRChris RDec 14, 20251.0Girl at front register super rude ignoring me as i was asking for my app pick up order didn’t want to cross the counter but i had to since she kept ignoring me and just didn’t care very rude very unprofessional the managers should definitely retrain the girl at the register they had on today it is 4:42 pm Sunday December 14th the time and date of this review very dissatisfied never returning here again no wonder this chipotle had a 3 star status
