- DPDiya PatelNov 15, 20251.0this was this worst experience ever. as someone who got cava for the first time i was really excited to try the food, but the service was terrible. they were so disorganized and barely put proper food portions in. even when we got to the cashier, the cashier Maria treated us poorly, giving us looks and speaking with an attitude. they were out of avocado and told us that we would have to wait 2-3 minutes. about 20 minutes pass by and we ask the cashier how long it would take for the avocado. even with this, the cashier maria continued to speak with an attitude, but was treating the other costumers nicely. this is the worst service ever. we got our avocado after 25 minutes, just for her to scoop it out within 5 seconds, and for the 30 dollars i spent, the portion was not the amount it should have been. DO NOT GO HERE.

After asking three times we got the avocado. At the register someone named Maria was very rude to us and did not speak in a nice tone. Was excited to get this for the first time but not a great experience. We are also vegetarian however that was not taken care of as expected they changed gloves once but also worked in others bowls which contained non-veg.

It was already great, but he made it greater. Special people have a way of lighting up a space and that should never be taken for granted. :)
- AVarelys vOct 30, 20253.0Me and my friend went to try this place for the first time yesterday and loved the food. I ordered a chicken and steak bowl with a cucumber drink. Everything was delicious - however the person who attended me was rude (not just to me but the people around me who were also ordering). Joanna was tossing the food rudely and throwing the bowls and plates to the side making nasty faces towards costumers including myself. The rest of the staff was nice and the place was clean. Will be back for the good food ! and hopefully not for her bad service this time.
