If they can’t keep the place clean, I don’t even want to know how my food is prepped. 0/10 experience yesterday.

Managers don’t solve issues and lack communication skills. I don’t know how this establishment can be run when the managers are younger than my kids. Smh.

During my visit, I noticed there was only one employee on the line serving customers. Despite the crowd, he was moving the line at a steady and efficient pace, which was impressive to watch. When I reached the counter, I was greeted by OG with a warm, “Good afternoon, sir. Welcome to CAVA. How can I help you, sir?” First off where did you find him? He’s amazing! OG was extremely well-mannered, respectful, and professional. He prepared my bowl quickly and accurately without missing a single detail, all while maintaining great customer service under pressure.
