I waited over 40 mins for a spicy chicken sandwich, specifically asked for no tomato, and then still send it with the tomato. The best part is the plate had an entire sticker tht said no tomato. On top of that, the sandwich was not fresh, it tasted andlooked like it had been left under a heatlamp. Our waiter was no where to be found. Never asked us if we wanted refills, did not ask how did yhr food come out. The overall experience was absolutely terrible. I will be traveling to Secaucus to eat at BWW, because this experience has completely deterred me frm this one.
