I waited 8 minutes for my spicy chicken sandwich - wow! On top of that, I said it was my birthday and they gave me a free dessert. Incredibly clean. I will be going back.

We walked in no one was at the door to greet us after waiting for 15 minutes . The family in front of us waited longer and ended up leaving. Finally one of the managers comes to us with such an attitude and going back and forth with me about them trying their best…literally arguing with me at the front door with other staff and customers watching . We finally order and the order was also wrong . They had 1 big table with about 18 men that they were VERY focused on and forgot about the rest of restaurant . Another manger came out and apologized for the back and forth on behalf of the other manager because the other manager NEVER came once to check on us nor apologize for his behavior . Terrible service … terrible attitude. Go to another location because this one isn’t worth it.

- NANataly AriasDec 15, 20251.0food is SO GOOD but the service is trash. Waiters are miserable and the place is always dirty!! Tables are dirty all around you and the bathroom is just as bad. The beers on tap are always super flat but the burgers ARE SO GOOD that we keep coming back for this terrible service lol
