  I went to Dave & Buster’s with a college group, and it was kind of fun overall. We had a good time playing games and hanging out, but it did feel like the place is more geared toward a younger crowd, probably around 12–18. That said, it could still work as a decent date spot or for a casual group outing. The atmosphere was lively, and the experience was enjoyable enough for a laid-back night out.

  Came here with a group and had an amazing time. The games and food was better than expected. The whole place had a great vibe. Kevin really stood out during our visit—super professional, quick to help, and just genuinely easy to talk to. Had to ask him about the tickets because I haven't been to Dave and busters in years and he explained that all the tickets win from games go onto the game card. That way I can come back with the same game card and still have the tickets on that game card. Great experience and will definitely be back soon!

  Had a great visit to Dave & Buster’s! The food was solid, the games were a blast, and the whole place had a really upbeat vibe. Everything felt well maintained and easy to enjoy without any hassle. Big thanks to Kevin for making the experience even better. He was incredibly helpful, quick to assist, and had a great attitude the entire time. You can tell he really cares about the guests having a good time. Will definitely be back—especially with service like that!

  The food and drinks were pretty good. I can’t complain about that and the service that I had was great. Our waiter was a great person. I went this past weekend on Saturday and all I can say was almost every single game was either out of order or if it did look like it was working whenever we tried it, It was half working or it did not work at all and just ended up stealing our points. I did call an attendant to help, but I felt like They would think I’m doing it on purpose if I called them over for every game because it essentially was every game that was a problem so I wasted basically 40 bucks for about 200 credits that really only two games worked. Do better Dave & Buster’s especially since you’re an arcade you should do maintenance on the games every day to make sure that they’re running smoothly if people are spending money on it. Makes me not wanna go back ever if the main reason I’m going for the games and they don’t even work

  I will add why I gave D&B a 4 star and not 5: 1. The Big Buck Hunter machine was not working well at all. I was offered credit for another machine but there should be a way to see what machines are not working before committing to buying credits and starting to play. A bit of a let down. 2. My kids loved it but you should have a game that is easy for kids to win small prizes and not need to spend $50 to bank up points in order to win something nominal. For the sake of being family friendly there should be an easy prize to win for the kids to have a good time.
