  Terrible experience. The Willowbrook Buffalo Wild Wings is honestly one of the worst locations I’ve been to, and it somehow keeps getting worse every time. If you’re planning on coming here, just know you’re basically planning on wasting your money. You’re better off making a FanDuel account and gambling instead. At least that’s more enjoyable than eating here. What makes it even worse is that this was a Thursday night and the restaurant was basically empty. There were plenty of waiters around, so I genuinely don’t understand how the service could be this bad. Our server, Chanel, was nowhere to be found most of the time. She never mentioned the BOGO offer herself, and we only found out about it after asking. It was also supposed to be unlimited apps, but she didn’t come back to ask if we wanted another round. We had to call her over ourselves. And don’t even get me started on the timing. It takes about 45 minutes just to get one order. So if you actually want to enjoy the unlimited apps, make sure you set aside a good 8 hours of your day. Simple things kept going wrong. My friend ordered a Shirley Temple and didn’t get cherries twice. Meanwhile, people around us with other servers were getting cherries in their drinks, so I don’t know what we did to deserve that. And the food was horrible. The queso was so watered down it was basically inedible. I have had thicker soup. The chips were absolutely covered in salt. Look at the pictures. It is ridiculous. I literally had to wipe the salt off the chips with a napkin just to eat a few. Completely inedible otherwise. I could not even get a refill because she never came back, and I was just sitting there thirsty the whole time from all the salt. The wings were not any better either. They tasted off and definitely not fresh. Overall, the entire night was ruined. Bad service, wrong orders, low quality food. I will not be coming back to this location again. If anything, I will go out of my way to the Secaucus one instead.

  It was my first time coming to this location and left our table without even ordering! Service was SOOOOOOO BAD! That’s it! We came and we waited to be greeted but one of the girl is walking to our direction and we said for 2, waitress said wait here, with unwelcoming tone of voice. She got the menu and walk pass us then as we are looking at her walking she then maybe realize oh wait let me call them, she turned and gesture her hand to come without actually saying the word. Sooooo rude. . She seated us at the very back and left us without even saying your server will be with you shortly like a good service would be. She just basically sat us. Servers are nowhere to be found. So i said we wait for 10 if no one comes then we leave which we did! Never coming back. The people who works here should all be trained correctly or be fired!

  me and my boyfriend went out to eat dinner expecting good service and were met with an extremely RUDE server. the food was ok but our server Nicole, a very hostile older woman was very combative from the start of our time there. I will never be back, and i clearly should have read the reviews at this location before driving 30 minutes. me and my bf’s night was ruined by her attitude and rudeness. we ask simple questions about the reward system and menu and our kindness is met with a “i’d rather be home” attitude.

  I sat at a table near the bar with some friends to watch a March Madness game. When I walked in the audio on the TV was loud and multiple games were on the TVs. I was excited to settle in with a few beers before the start of the game I wanted to watch. The bartender was the only employee taking care of the bar and the entire section surrounding it. He rarely came over and everytime I needed something I'd have to come over to him where he acted annoyed that I wanted to order food or more drinks. Right before my game started all the TVs were changed to infomercials or non sports programs. I asked the manager to turn the audio back on and change the TVs on the bar to the games that were on. He changed a singular TV and put the audio on so low it felt like a library. A SALAD we ordered took over 30 min to come out and by the time it did my entire table was pissed off. So we got the check and went to Tommy's tavern. God forbid a sports bar get food and beers out to you with games playing out loud. This place sucks. Shut it down put in literally anything else

  This has to be by far the worst experience I have ever had at a Buffalo Wild Wings. My friend and I decided to go here because the Cheesecake Factory had a half hour wait. We placed our order at approximately 6:50pm and the receipt was printed at 6:57pm (picture attached). What is baffling, my friend ordered a mocktail…the mocktail was more money than my white claw. I’m sorry but the math isn’t mathing. Time goes by, it gets to be 7:30pm and our food had not yet arrived. I ask the bartender Amanda (who was a sweetheart), why our food hasn’t arrived yet and she stated that she was training and would check with the waitstaff. More time goes by and then our food arrives at 7:50pm…almost a whole hour to get an all American burger and classic chicken wrap. To note, there was also a rather large line and there was no one assisting them. That is terrible service and we will not be coming back. I have been to this location before, years ago, and had a very similar experience. I should’ve learned my lesson then.
