I added chipotle sauce to both chalupas, but only one had “chipotle sauce added” written on the wrapper. When I asked the staff to confirm whether it was added to both, they asked me to open the chalupa in front of them to check. This felt unnecessary and unprofessional. Overall, very disappointing customer service.
