Promo was not working on app or website, shown proof it wasn’t working shown correct code and manager said she can’t give the promo. Customer service SHOULD have been given on the spot and fixed but was not. 5 guys do better with you managers and retrain them to provide customer service. If it’s not them then you guys as a company should fix this issue.

My burgers sat cooling off for more than 20 minutes while they “waited for fries” yet no one was putting fries in the fryer and the girl working the pick up counter did almost nothing. I finally got my food, the burgers were cold and the fries were hot but not the usual five guys quantity. A very disappointing experience with a shop that usually runs smoothly.
