  Nice place for a Cup of Dunkin Donuts 🍩 coffee. The staff are pleasant and very polite. Keep up the great work 👍

  My favorite Dunkin, by far. Plenty of parking and you don't have to worry about the parking ticket sharks like on Front St. in Plainfield. Best part is the staff. They're always friendly, respectful, and helpful. It's a pleasant experience during your busy morning routine.

  This is the most disgustingly ran Dunkin’ Donuts location with the worst staff imaginable , I don’t even know how the owner allows this type of staff !!! I placed an order for pick up , the same order I drink almost everyday , and had an employee pick it up for me because I was unable to leave work and I had put extra ice in the mobile Order and the order came with ZERO ice. I called and spoke to someone lady who hung up on my face, I called again , and she wouldn’t tell me her name and all I simply asked for was a refund because I was NOT going to drink it, she tried telling me the espresso melts ice which im aware of and I drink the SAME thing every day almost … with extra ice… and it does NOT melt like that , it has NEVER melted like that. She hung up in my face AGAIN and admitted that she just hung up, this is BUSINESS that is being ran by staff who don’t give a DAMN about any issues or complaints , I didn’t wait all day to drink A coffee for this outcome. I wish I can treat people the way I’ve been treated at that horrible location more than once actually, I would have lost my job ! I constantly have issues there and avoid giving them my money when I don’t need to but this is the last time , I’ve thrown away so much money there and all to get treated like garbage over a simple coffee that was made completely wrong

  I don’t know who this lady’s name is and I wish I got it but this has to be by far the worst experience I’ve ever had, and she had the nerve to give me an attitude. I asked for a simple drink a black cold brew with extra cookie butter foam on top , I received it with barely any foam and when I asked her to give me a little more she told me I needed to change my order. When I mentioned to her that I asked for extra from to begin with. She grabs my cup all annoyed and over fills the cup and gives me back the lid and I couldn’t even close my drink from the over flow all over the cup. Of course I got upset and asked if she can change my cup so she grabbed my cup didn’t even change it, cleaned it, gives me a different lid and then fills up the foam even more on top to be spiteful…. I threw the entire order out and walked out. Teach your staff how to treat customers with respect and simply be vigilant with the orders!!! I come here every morning and twice a day sometimes I will never go there again. This occured 12/16 3:30 pm!!
