  Myles our server gave us amazing service. He was attentive and friendly to our large party. Yall should keep Myles here and provide him with many benefits because he was all we could ask for in a waiter. Overall the experience was amazing and i would love to come back. Keep Myles here!

  The experience today was amazing the food came quickly all the orders were perfect and Myles was an amazing chill waiter that handled a large group very well compared to many other waiters i have seen. He was very good and overall everything about this experience was fun and enjoyable.

  The experience was awful. This will be the first and last time i will go to this location of buffalo wild wings. After getting seated the waiter took very long to even come over and bring menus and introduce himself. After he came back for our drink order it took even longer to receive those. Then we placed our food order and you guessed it, besides taking very long to receive, the food it came out cold and incorrect. They corrected one of the incorrect orders and warmed some of the cold food. The server was also not very attentive. When I contacted corporate about this dining experience, a woman did reach out to me apologizing for the poor experience and said they could not do a refund but could send a gift card to any location of buffalo wild wings. I gave her all of my information she asked for to send the gift cards in the mail because I live 45 minutes from that location. It has been months and never reciprocated anything. I reached back out to her and asked if they were mailed out. She then informed me that there was nothing more she can do for me and it was out of her hands and I should reach out to the store manager of that location. They store manager never got back to me. After all of this I reached out to the better business bureau to see what they could do and after all the time they can wait for a response there was non. If you go this buffalo wild wings location and something happens with your dining experience, expect nothing to be done about it.

  Another great time at B-Dubs in Watchung, NJ. Super friendly staff and management (Fred). Sat at the bar and Kimberly was fantastic; quick with drinks and running food from the kitchen. All while making sure that anyone who needed a drink from the bar did not wait long.
