  Had to wait TWENTY minutes for a mobile order i scheduled for 9pm .. proceeds to take care of every other customer in the store first and on top of that didn’t have anymore chips after i literally seen them put chips in multiple bags. Will not be receiving anymore money from me

  This is the worse chipotle I have ever been to. We ordered ahead of time and waited almost 25 minutes past our pickup time. What a waste of time and money. Avoid this location and go elsewhere!

  I had a terrible experience at this Chipotle. The line was extremely long, and the entire place felt chaotic and disorganized from the moment I walked in. The cleanliness was honestly unacceptable. The serving trays were filthy, there was food all over the floors, and the bathroom was a mess. On top of that, I witnessed clear cross..contamination between food items, which is a serious concern. One of the employees preparing food wasn’t even wearing a hair net, which just added to the lack of basic hygiene standards. To make things worse, they told us they were out of guacamole, yet it was obvious they had plenty in the back being reserved for online and Uber Eats orders. Meanwhile, the Uber Eats line was practically out the door, with no organization at all, while in..store customers were left waiting in a hot, crowded space. The staff looked overwhelmed and stressed, and it showed in the poor service and half..hearted portions. The overall atmosphere felt neglected, like there’s no pride in the place anymore. This is by far the worst Chipotle I’ve visited in Union County. Management seriously needs to step up and fix what’s going on here. I won’t be returning, and I’d strongly recommend others consider going elsewhere.

  The food was wonderful but they need to clean the tables and the floor evey hour..it looks bad when people come in and see food on the tables and the floor and trash stacked on the trash receptacles...

  The food is great but the service needs work. They have ONE person working. They expect one worker to take mobile orders, handle the front counter, make the food, clean the restaurant, etc??? You’re paying them triple right? Since they’re working as three employees?
