- RHR H3 days ago1.0Third time! A bagel toasted with cheese = a bagel that isn’t cut, isn’t toasted and has no cream cheese on it or in the bag. For the third time, I was literally handed a bagel in a bag. Absolutely pitiful! Whoever the manager is should be ashamed. You have young unmotivated staff who don’t understand anything and have zero common sense.

Wednesday morning 10/29 I pulled up at 8:00 am I waited 20 minutes in the drive thru for a mobile order that wasn't ready when I got to the window. Needless to say I won't ever stop at this location in the morning again.
