- SMSmita Mehta4 days ago1.0I ordered a medium iced coffee online today, but when I arrived a small one was waiting for me. When I politely asked about the size, the employee simply added more ice, poured it into a medium cup, and handed it back to me. The hot coffee here tasted burnt. Overall, the experience felt careless and disappointing and the workers seemed rather annoyed. I won’t be returning.

But the new set of people have complete disregard, are very rude and the worst of all keep getting orders wrong. Reading the reviews it seems I’m not the only one facing this. I ordered a Matcha latte and regular latte (without sugar). I received the cappuccino and a regular latte two sugars. I called them 14 times but they did not pick up the phone. If you can avoid this location, do it!

For the third time, I was literally handed a bagel in a bag. Absolutely pitiful! Whoever the manager is should be ashamed. You have young unmotivated staff who don’t understand anything and have zero common sense.
