Tom L.: it was not for him, I would never have found quickly my couple grocery items. Tom L is the epitome of calm, cool, and collected, exuded a smile as the this mid-day unfolded. I have a Real Estate business ~ Customer Service is a vital aspect of a business. Because of his pointing out the grocery item I was searching for, he offered an explanation of details. It was a pleasant experience. Jeffrey O. Is going places. To me, he is a Corporation’s dream employee. Thank you so much to theAcme Executives and Management for being so mindful of whom you hire. Worst shopping experience of my life. This place doesn’t give a damn about you or its employees. We used to come bc a loving older gentleman was kind and loving to my 2 year old (Rodney I think was his name). He would insist on bagging our groceries. He’s been replaced with a smug silent teenager who couldn’t do basic functions and had to be asked for help with the volume of produce. All of it made worse when the Irish dude on duty was called for help and he’d wandered down an isle so I had to go find him while struggling with my toddler. I literally don’t know how this place is still open. Employees look and feel like the walking dead. Go to stop and shop in Neptune where they care and everyone is kind. we won’t be back.

The halal meat section conveniently next to the pork… un tasteful seems almost purposely done.

Horrible experience at the deli counter. Friday afternoon about 12:00 I noticed the deli counter was empty so I approached to get a little lunch meat. I believe the gentleman's name was Ed he's an older guy that works during the daytime very nice guy, but understandably also one of the slowest people in customer service I've ever seen in my life no problem we all get old. As I was there much longer than need be to get two packages of lunch meat, the manager approached and interrupted him to ask some scheduling questions. I asked the manager not to interrupt him while he was dealing with me a customer. The manager thought it was no big deal argued back and forth with me. I made a mistake by telling him it was common sense not to distract someone when they're operating a slicer especially an elderly slower gentleman, the mistake was it was blatant stupidity. The manager himself told me to complain to the store manager I didn't see the manager at the time so I'm making my complaint here.
