  Pulled up to the drive thru, only 2 people Infront of me and took about 15 minutes to even place my order. I just assume that they're understaffed, and that it's not the employees fault. Placing my order, the young girl taking my order was clearly new and was taking a long time putting my order in. I ended up making my order alot more simple because I didn't want it to be messed up or be at the window for 10 minutes. I get to the window, the girl is incredibly rude, doesn't say hi, just gives me my total, I pay, she gives me my food and immediately slams the windo shut. I check the food and it's all messed up somehow. I ordered a biggie bag with no modifications at all. Burger has all the wrong stuff on it, fries are cold, nuggets are burnt and hard, and my drink doesn't have ice in it. I understand working customer service is hard, and my issue isn't that the girl was new/inexperienced. My issue is her rude attitude and carelessness. Clearly just wants you to get out of her face and doesn't wanna talk to you at all. Secondly, the way that this place looks understaffed looks bad on whoever is running this wendys. Stop being cheap, pay for more workers and don't shove several orders on top of 2 people because you don't wanna pay minimum wage. And train them, since it was obvious nobody here was trained. You charge too much money for your food to not wanna pay employees and provide terrible service. Will not come back

  3/27/26 Two days ago, i stopped at your Rte 73 Voorhees location at around noon. A friendly and helpful person recorded and bagged my takeout order. I believe his name was Shawn. He was knowledgeable and kind to me and the staff. I commend you for hiring him. I will be back the next time I am in the area!

  The guy that works the window every Friday at 1130pm is the GOAT! Accurate and never messes my order up like the day shift does 🤣🤣🤣 Give this man a promotion!
