It also felt like delivery orders (Uber Eats/DoorDash) were being prioritized over in-store customers—even though we spent around $80 as a family. Cleanliness was a major issue. The restaurant looked filthy: the napkin holder was covered in grime, and when we poured a fountain drink, there was black debris floating in the Sprite. Definitely not what we expected, and we won’t be back unless hygiene and service improve.
