- ONOsaki NojiroNov 24, 20251.0Not recommended for delivery service! They are often late, but yesterday's debacle takes the cake. Put in an order for delivery at 2 pm for 4-6pm delivery. Notified that order was out for delivery, but delivery never came. Directed to virtual assistant on website to resolve this morning, but chat assistant kept telling me "there are no pending orders" and would abruptly end the session. No help there! Called the store, was told the order was returned to the store for whatever reason. Got some help in refunding the order, but for some reason ACME did not fully refund the amount. Currently waiting to hear why the full amount has not been refunded, but I think I can predict that I will be the one making the call. Meanwhile, I could not eat dinner, can't eat breakfast, and couldn't feed my cat. I'm homeridden with an injury, which is why I had to place an order for delivery in the first place. Don't bother with help centers or customer service, they seem quite happy to just get rid of you, and don't order for delivery, apparently the people they have working for them are wholly incompetent. Hope they can rectify this situation, but until then, ACME is thumbs down!
