  This was honestly one of the most uncomfortable experiences I’ve had at a place like this. The manager was extremely rude and completely overreacted for no reason. The establishment was empty, and we were just sitting there talking and laughing—not being disruptive at all—when he came over and yelled at us. It felt aggressive and totally unprofessional. What made it even worse was him walking around insisting he could hear us through a metal door… even though the door was literally open. The whole situation made no sense and just added to how uncomfortable and awkward it was. The way we were treated was completely unnecessary, and it really ruined the experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

  Stopped here for a quick bite after an appointment. Everything was delicious and they have a really delicious assortment of breads and baked goods on display and for purchase. Only gripe was that the person taking our order was so intent on telling jokes that they forgot an item we asked for. We ended up leaving any only realized it was missing after we headed down the road with our purchase. We did without because we were in a hurry so did not go back. Everything else we ordered was great. Loved their macaroni and cheese!

  There appears to be a lack of quality control in this process. I placed an order through Uber Eats, and while the food was delivered, the order was missing basic items—specifically spoons and butter. When I contacted Panera to request a resolution, I was told I needed to contact Uber Eats. However, Panera prepared and packaged the order for Uber Eats to pick up, while Uber Eats simply handled delivery. As a result, I am still without a spoon or butter and unable to eat the soup I ordered.

  Its so hard to order because everything is so darn good. Bread is always so soft and the ingredients are just a treat to the bread. I always end up needing to delete items or else the bill would be over $100 but I want it all soo bad. Maybe next time!

  Every time I’m in this location, there’s an employee named Ken (possibly a manager) who hovers directly over the prepared food while calling out orders. He stands extremely close to the plates and yells order names at the top of his lungs. It’s honestly uncomfortable and unsanitary — I’ve seen visible saliva while he’s speaking over uncovered food. This is a serious hygiene concern and makes me think twice about ordering here. 🤮
