I dont know why it sounded like that one guy was expecting wingstop to drop what they were doing and deliver the food personally or give him a refund on delivery fee...wingstop doesn't have dedicated drivers they rely on third parties like doordash you should really have called them. And with the amount you said you ordered, it sounds like you should've picked it up yourself. And coming in to attack the employee by video recording him and review bombing the restaurant is honestly pathetic of you Yeah it takes awhile to get your food but the place is cooked to order they only have so many deep fryer baskets and when there's also 10 people ordering at once its gonna take a while. But be patient the food is fantastic I haven't had a bad meal yet and when you're not trying to video record them for internet clout and validation the workers are pretty chill
- MJMillard JollyJan 3, 20261.0I was so happy when Wing Stop opened in Voorhees, previously I would grab my wings in Philly, but the last 2 times I've gone there they were only taking cards no cash, being as though it was the second time I came and they weren't taking cash, I asked why and they said no one had gone to the bank to get change, that's ridiculous to me, after reading other reviews, I guess I shouldn't be surprised, don't get me wrong the employes were friendly, and I don't blame them it's management, all these complaints in this short time at this location SMH

When I went to pickup he kept running his mouth but hid in the back. look were all used to terrible service at places like this, its become the standard, but this is worse than the usual I dont care attitude. William is hurting more than hes helping this location.

William told my wife to bad not his problem and come pick it up. Didn't offer a break on the delivery fee. When I went to pick it up he was rude as hell and told me to bad, I turned on my camera and he then shut his mouth and ran.
- KRkeith rovereDec 27, 20251.0What a dreadful experience! I used Uber eats as they had a buy one get one free deal for wings. So I ordered it. They gave the driver the wrong order. Obviously I was upset. Uber eats did not honor a second buy one get one free deal so Wingstop said just put one order in and they'll put the second one in for free because they screwed up. Which I did so what did Uber order deliver? Only one order of wings because Wingstop straight up a second time! This would be the first and only time I ever use this company. I called up to complain the second time and then we're not very helpful. Finally agreed to refund my money which I'm still waiting for it. I'm sure I'll have to call back tomorrow and fight for that some more. I'm sure I'm just wasting my breath.
