When we walked in there were two kiosks. Only one was on. I went through the entirety of placing my order only for it not to accept payment. As I went to tap my card the cc machine fell off the kiosk. I was able to pay at the register and it seemed like the employees where aware you could order not pay.
My food was really good.
But the restaurant dining area was so dirty. The floor was sticky to the point my 9 year old pointed it out because his shoes stuck to the floor. There was trash and unwiped tables.
The soda machine was out of about 50% of the selection displayed.

Tuesday October 7, 2025. Between 8-8:20pm nightshift service is getting worse day by day. We ordered in the drive-thru, they barely let you order, you havent finish speaking and they already saying "anything else" and they speak so fast that u can berely understand and if you ask for repeat they get mad. Rushing for nothing, because when u get to the window have to wait for your order. And they have the nerve to tell you that they cant to add ons on the windows it have to be in the order area, when they barely let you talk. And they dont even give u, napkins or straws. What is the rush? Cold fries and the drink is 80% ice rather than drink itself. And to finish talking with rude attidude and looking mad. If you dont like working with people dont take jobs that require costumer service.

This is the slowest fast food store I've ever encountered. Anytime you dine in you wait for food. Drive through forget it. Always a line. Door dashers get fed up waiting for my order too. They need to get their stuff together.
