Every other Wendy’s either messes my order up, or has HORRIBLE customer service. This location is amazing and I’ve never had any issues here. Thank you & keep doing what you’re doing🤣💕

I told her I now cant eat with my family and asked her for a refund. She gladly gave me a refund and took my salad away too!!! I expected to wait til I got home to eat after my family and the refund was for the inconvenience. I am very upset with how this was handled. Very poorly and I didn't need an attitude for a legitimate question.

I took pictures and video of it but unfortunately I can't attach them. it's honestly so disappointing. I tried calling two different Wendy's to ask about it but neither of their phones seem to work. so that's cool. the potato was kinda old. I had ordered salt and pepper and they only gave me 5 pepper packets and no salt. I ordered a fork and napkins since I'm at work, no fork or napkins.
