- JOJustice OwensNov 4, 20232.0I’m traveling rn and I stop at subway often, because I get the veggie delite often. I’m allergic to dairy and meat and I often had to ask the worker to change gloves, they also wouldn’t tell me if one of the sauces had dairy in it after asking. So I felt uncomfortable. I was overcharged for my meal and so was my boyfriend, The Veggie Delite is almost always $8.40-$9 I got a 12 inch which would’ve been around that price for the veggie delite and I was charged $11, my boyfriend got a 6 inch of the veggie delite and was charged $8 when it normally would’ve been around $4.40-$5. The worker was also very rude with my boyfriend and contaminated his sandwich by touching it with the same gloves they used to pick up cheese. He’s Vegan and is not comfortable with that. I was very uncomfortable and anxious with the whole experience, please teach better customer service.
