  These were the jalapeño bites I received. They were raw and tasted awful. Jay the store manager said he’ll refund me but can’t give me any confirmation in regards to the refund..

  I ordered online for delivery which was supposed to be here in half hour but wasn’t when I called they kept telling me 10 minutes now it’s almost over a hour. So i just just said I’m coming in to pick up the pizza was cold after they kept giving me the run around. I ordered from here so many times they are not the same anymore

  Absolutely abysmal service. Walked in with $75 worth of gift cards (confirmed amount before leaving my house), swiped the cards & the transaction failed. Quick balance check online revealed the cards were now all at $0 balance. Was told to call customer service or check my transaction history. Didn't offer a number to call. And when asked why the balance went to $0 after swiping through their system was shouted at & dismissed with a wave of the hand as they pulled my order off the counter. Will NEVER come to this location again.

  I read the reviews and realized most people like to complain. Read some of the negative reviews from the person and then go to their profile and they’re all complaints. I ordered on the app for ASAP thinking it would take about 30 minutes and it was ready in less time. I get there about 10 minutes after it was done and the drove home another 15 minutes and the food was all hot and delicious. We had 3 different pizzas. One everything, one olive and one pepperoni. Had 6 chipotle wings, cheese bread and brownies. Everything was great. The pizza was delicious! The wings had plenty of sauce. Definitely coming back. Fast, delicious and friendly. The app worked great too!

  Not gone lie had an issue w8th my order but it was never in the store it was the website... I usually just post but this papa jons has always helped me outbwhen an orde was wrong. No arguement just fixes the order. Mind you i had a large order akd the woman corrected it instsntly which she always does if theres a problem. They are very pleasant and nice people. The only pizza spot in vineland i woukd go to!!! Did i forget to mention inordered online for delivery and my food was hot like it came strsight outnof the oven!!! Highly recommend
