The establishment was not up to the expected standards of cleanliness, with spills present on every counter area and a noticeably dirty floor. Additionally, I observed unprofessional behavior from one employee, who used inappropriate language while addressing a colleague about a mistake with drink preparation. This location would benefit from a visit by the health department to ensure compliance with hygiene standards. Although I took some photographs, they do not fully capture the extent of the spills and dirt, particularly behind the counter. One counter was entirely covered with spills. If I had not needed to purchase a gift card, I would have walked out.
