I told them I was happy to wait for fresh food, and only then—after seeing I was upset—another employee suddenly “found” chicken and veggies from the to-go area. So clearly, they just didn’t feel like doing their job the first time. The cashier’s attitude was just as bad. No greeting, no “thank you,” nothing. Just rude, dismissive energy the whole time. For the prices Chipotle charges, the very least you should expect is fresh ingredients and basic respect. This place couldn’t deliver either. Honestly, I’m eagerly waiting for CAVA to open in this area. Their staff is friendly, their food is always fresh, and the ingredients are so much better. Chipotle needs to step up their standards, because this location is falling apart. Save your money and go somewhere else. This is no way to treat regular customer.
