The order was not ready when we picked it up on the 29th of November. The guy behind the counter was rude and said the guy who was supposed to make it didn’t feel like and just left. Well I finally got the order it was not right. The chicken both fried and roasted was so tough. That God I had alot other food. Never again.

With only one cashier available, I used the self-checkout in front of Customer Service to ring up my items. As I attempted to leave, my shopping cart abruptly locked. A man then approached me and said, “I locked your cart because even if I saw you pay for your items, I’m not sure you paid for everything.” There was absolutely no legitimate reason to treat me this way. I was publicly stopped, questioned, and made to feel like a thief despite having paid for all of my items. This was humiliating, unprofessional, and entirely inappropriate. I felt targeted and disrespected, and this incident has completely broken my trust in this location.
