- FLFani LopezMar 20, 20263.0The only thing I can say is if your going to this DUNKIN to early because the only one who actually cares about your orders is the young lady who’s at the drive thru, I just went for the second time today and it’s 11:50am the lady who was their rushed to give me everything I repeated myself to make sure she got my order correct my late was cold I asked for whipped cream and even though I repeated my order she didn’t put whipped cream so I asked her if she could even tho my coffee was cold, I asked for two snacking bacon she gave me one. The lattes are always cold I worked at a DUNKIN we shift lead for 5 years, I know theirs a timer for all the food and the bacon tastes old.

And coffee not made with love. They use to have a crew a few years ago handling things. I don’t know maybe it’s just one of those mornings.

She doesn’t say a word to you and hands you your order with her head turned away from you. No thank you. No have a nice day. Nothing. This was a pattern I noticed and my friend complained about the same thing. I won’t drink coffee here anymore. I do to Lincoln and Dante Dunkin. They are so friendly!
- HQHello QSDApr 22, 20233.0If you're going to change your hours to 7:00 p.m. to be able to walk in then change them on them on the sign and online so people don't get out of their car walk all the way over and see that you're closed went online it says open till 9:00 p.m. whether you're open 24 hours to a drive-thru is irrelevant. Especially if it's raining
