Delsea Drive makes this location tricky, especially if you're trying to make a left turn out. I ordered a chicken sandwich and dirty rice. I thought the chicken sandwich was tasty and just the bright amount of crunch and spices. The rice container was so small I almost laughed for 3.00 dollars it was a joke. So, stick with the sandwich and avoid paying for the puny high priced sides. I went through the drive through so, but this location is very close to the road and right next to a car repair shop. Pay attention and drive carefully to avoid a collision. I will most likely return but only because the chicken sandwich was that good.

Alex, the manager that assisted us, was beyond exemplary. Long story short we ordered a family meal and one of the workers forgot to add the 6 biscuits that came with the family meal. My daughter had actually been craving the biscuits but when we arrived home the biscuits were not in the box. I quickly called and Alex answered and stated that they would rectify the situation by providing us with a free meal. We went today to pick up the free meal and Alex gave us the biscuits as well! Top notch!! I will continue to recommend Bojangles to anyone who can hear me!!! Thank you Alex and the team!!

I drove 1 hour from pennsauken NJ to Vineland NJ to try the bojangles, come to find out they only have chicken tenders Because it's a new location and they don't have the full menu as of yet, it's a very tight location with limited parking, because of that I drove to the tractor supply to eat in the parking lot, open my bag one of my side orders was missing, the tenders were spicy which I didn't order spicy, I ordered a 4 piece and I received 3 tenders and 2 nuggets, the food tastes good, I was disappointed in the service.

Second trip-the parking lot was packed so I tried the drive-thru. It was efficient, no wait, I got my food so fast when I pulled around to the window. They had people out there taking your order with tablets before you got to the menu board. There might be good to know what you want. I tried drive-thru because the parking lot was full. Family member loves the milkshakes, it is a $5 shake and there isn't bourbon in it or nothing. The 4 piece tender comes with a biscuit. Three pieces probably enough for most people. I tried the strawberry cobbler it wasn't for me. It is strawberry topping and icing over the biscuit. The food is consistent and good. I thought the food was very good. I walked in and ordered and the service was fast enough. There was lots of staff and they were pleasant. We got a chocolate milkshake, medium fries, a grilled chicken sandwich and a bo chicken sandwich. I didn't realize bo chicken was going to be a little spicy. I didn't have it myself so I can't judge level of spiciness. We got fries which also have a seasoning salt on them, they are a good thick cut steak fry like a British chip. Both sandwiches have mayonnaise and pickles on them. The grilled chicken was kind of a deluxe with lettuce and tomato. We both said yum with our first bite. My only complaint is the chocolate milkshake was pictured with whipped cream on the website and the menu board. They didn't serve it with whipped cream. This is only my second time to a Bojangles, my first time was at a road trip in Virginia and I got the country gravy. I was looking for a healthier option this time so I got the grilled chicken. I think this is the first Bojangles in NJ.

Stopped by for the first time today to try this place. Starting with the restaurant, smelled freshly painted witch I loved. Nice and clean. The staff greets you as soon you walk inside. You can order on the Kiosk or with the cashier. What I didn't like about the Kiosk is that the picture of the combo DON'T have a biscuit on it. I didn't know so I ordered the 3 piece combo and a biscuit on the side to try them. When I opened the box a biscuit was inside. So I ended up with 2. Counting the staff, I counted like 20 PEOPLE in that kitchen, maybe more on break lol. Is pretty crowded but it means fast service because my food was ready pretty quick. A lady and a gentleman ask if my order need a cup for drink so they gave me a cup, witch me been a Customer Service expert I think st was great Customer Service in their part. Let's talk appearance of the food. First, the paper bag that came in wasn't labeled Bojangles 🤔. Was just a plain paper bag. You would think having more than 800 franchises they would have a bag like KFC or Popeyes. With the restaurant name on it. The chicken strips where ok but not OVER the top. A little more breading than chicken. THE SIZES were NOT consistent, It was 3 different sizes. One been so small. I know tenders are not same sizes but I have been at restaurants that if the tender is extra small you get 2. Makes sense. Anyway, it doesn't give you the option to get unsalted fries but still wanted to try them. The seasoned fries, HOLLY SALTY!! I could NOT finish them. Way, waaaaayyyyyy too salty. Never getting those again. The ONLY thing I liked was the biscuit and Bojangles special sauce that tasted like Buffalo Wild Wings sauce. Delicious and the biscuit nice and soft, NOT dry. AND the Iced coffee vanilla flavor was yummy. Overall I would go back just to get a chicken sandwich in a biscuit. Maybe the chicken will be bigger lol. Nice job management 👍 keep up the good work.
