  10:30PM. Closing time is Midnight. Girl in drive thru immediately says only taking mobile orders. I asked if I could just order one thing to avoid this app & take twice as long for a burrito. I had to use this atrocious app and decided to order three value menu items instead. (I’m terrible, excuse me) After pulling back through the drive thru 15 minutes later, worker cut off mic too late after our conversation. I was able to hear her mocking my phrase from earlier, “I’m only ordering one item!” She was quite upset while whining about her job. Listen I understand them being understaffed. I don’t write reviews at all & I get it isn’t a huge deal. You never know what somebody’s going through. I could understand if their closing time was 11 pm, but to whine and talk shit about customers unknowingly for them to hear with a whole 90 mins before closing is just crazy. I just wanted damn nacho fries and of course they were out anyways !!! I’m a Vernon resident so this is unfortunately the closest TB location around. They’re always MAD SLOW and rude but it is what it is. I hope they have a better night.

  With out a doubt the worst Taco Bell on the planet. You will not find a slower group of people than the ones inside of this place. Doesn’t matter the time off day or if there is a line or not. It’s just awful. Be prepared to wait 45 minutes for one taco.

  This is the absolute worst Taco Bell to order using drive thru. Waiting 20 mins in a drive through line for 2 tacos is insanity. Taco Bell, do better!

  I’m honestly really disappointed with my experience at Taco Bell tonight. I understand that fast food places can get busy, especially during peak hours, but waiting 45 minutes in the drive-thru is completely unacceptable. There weren’t even that many cars ahead of me when I pulled in, so I didn’t expect it to turn into almost an hour-long ordeal. The line barely moved the entire time. No explanation, no update, no apology from anyone. Once I finally made it to the speaker, it felt rushed and unorganized. By the time I got to the window, I was frustrated — and understandably so after sitting in my car for that long just to get “fast” food. What makes it worse is that the whole point of a drive-thru is convenience. If I wanted to wait 45 minutes, I could’ve gone to a sit-down restaurant. There was no communication about delays, no effort to speed things up, and no acknowledgment of the inconvenience. I’m not trying to be dramatic, but time matters. People have schedules, work, families, and other responsibilities. Sitting in a drive-thru for almost an hour with no transparency is extremely frustrating. I usually enjoy Taco Bell, but experiences like this really make me reconsider coming back. Management seriously needs to look into improving efficiency and customer communication because this was far from acceptable.
