  The people who work here don’t know how to read. Last night I ordered a black bean Crunchwrap with a few customizations. I bit into it and it was beef. Nothing inside of it was what I ordered. This place should be shut down for ignoring people’s allergies. I’ve never been more embarrassed for a fast food chain. These employees are pathetic.

  Honestly you never know what you're getting with this place hence the four stars BUT I had the nicest experience tonight at Taco Bell. The blonde woman working tonight at the drive through was very patient with us and very nice even after a bunch of questions, the food came out at a reasonable time, and it was really good. Would reccomend.

  I’m honestly really disappointed with my experience at Taco Bell tonight. I understand that fast food places can get busy, especially during peak hours, but waiting 45 minutes in the drive-thru is completely unacceptable. There weren’t even that many cars ahead of me when I pulled in, so I didn’t expect it to turn into almost an hour-long ordeal. The line barely moved the entire time. No explanation, no update, no apology from anyone. Once I finally made it to the speaker, it felt rushed and unorganized. By the time I got to the window, I was frustrated — and understandably so after sitting in my car for that long just to get “fast” food. What makes it worse is that the whole point of a drive-thru is convenience. If I wanted to wait 45 minutes, I could’ve gone to a sit-down restaurant. There was no communication about delays, no effort to speed things up, and no acknowledgment of the inconvenience. I’m not trying to be dramatic, but time matters. People have schedules, work, families, and other responsibilities. Sitting in a drive-thru for almost an hour with no transparency is extremely frustrating. I usually enjoy Taco Bell, but experiences like this really make me reconsider coming back. Management seriously needs to look into improving efficiency and customer communication because this was far from acceptable.

  They literally are disrespectful. I was picking up a DoorDash refused to give me the order. I had to cancel the order. I was sitting there For an hour in the parking lot waiting online in the drive-through and they literally just sit there and do nothing and have everybody wait outside the road horrible customer service I don’t even know why they’re not shut down because every time I go there it’s like that someone should look into shutting them down

  Avoid this location unless you want to waste money and get attitude when THEY forget to put your food in the bag and act like youre trying to get free items. I have never had such an issue with a taco bell in my life and after all of that I return home to find the main item (and most expensive) also missing. Choose another location. This ones terrible AND the soft taco shells were hard & stale with the drinks being so watered down you can barely taste any flavor. Avoid avoid avoid.
