(He never left the window) Well it isn't working properly then. What happened to customer being right or taste it and say, oh yea, something is wrong or offer a different drink option? Nope. Seltzer it is. Food was usual taco bell food, came out fast. But order a pepsi if you can tolerate the caffeine!

I ordered last week and didn’t check the bag until I got home because it was sealed and I was missing a burrito, not a huge deal but still, it’s part of my kids dinner after a busy day of school and sports. I complain and I get a $10 credit. Today, again, school and sports so I figure let me go and use my $10 credit. I order through THEIR app at 751pm (emails are great) and get there at 822pm (bc I know they are slow) and go to the drive through and after I am told to pull up to the window, the guy tells me go park and he’ll bring out my food. 10 minutes later I get my order and “free taco” coupon for the wait 🤣. My dude, it took literally 40 FORTY minutes to get 2 burritos!! I can make 8 tacos from scratch at home in 15 minutes!!! This has to be some sort of joke this company is having on people here!

They added tomatoes to all the tacos and didn’t add sour cream to any. Today I ordered on the kiosk thinking it would be easier I got 6 tacos all supreme no tomato extra cheese. They gave me all without sour cream again. I don’t understand why I’m paying at least a dollar extra when I’m clearly not getting what I asked for. Very disappointed with the Vernon Taco Bell.
