I only had one sausage, egg and cheese croissant on me when there were supposed to be Three of them got back showed them the receipt. They were lucky. I was nice today One of the worst if not the worst Duncan I’ve ever been a part of

- GKGina KlattJan 13, 20261.0One of the Worst and Rudest Dunkin that I’ve ever been in! This Dunkin has a lot to learn when it comes to customer service! I ordered a $5 meal deal. When I got my sandwich it had a little tin piece of bacon on it when I brought it up to the counter and I asked the young male employee if he could remake it that’s when he had a crash out and had the most obnoxious attitude about it. Dude I’m not asking for you to preform brain surgery just remake the breakfast sandwich. Then I asked for the district manager number after a certain amount of time passed the male rude employee gave it to me. And get this he tells me “ They are training me to be a manager “ WOW! Seriously you’re going to be a manager of the Dunkin in Ventnor! lol Wait till summer when the shoobies eat you up and spit you out! Best be getting some better people skills and learn how to deal with making customers happy and satisfied! After all that’s why you have a job there! Totally unprofessional and rude.Good luck having a successful career in customer service with that kind of attitude towards customers!
