- AHash hApr 1, 20261.0Just had an awful experience at self check out. Accidentally scanned something twice and tried voiding it. Then an older woman with short blonde hair came up very degradingly. Very rude and unprofessional. I tried to explain that it was an accident in a calm and nice tone. She said “Do you understand that voiding something off of here is our job and not yours?” and other such things. Incredibly rude!!! Disappointed and upset. No one should be met with such horrible customer service, no matter how bad of a day someone is having. Expected better from Acme!!!!!! Don’t try and make a human mistake when at self checkout.

Back in January, I lost my phone which contained some very important pictures. I was incredibly upset searching all over the place for it and it ended up being found outside in a cart. Mind you, it was a miracle that my phone was not stolen. Thanks to Deayon/Dyonne...my hero!! Thank you to Charlene for her kindness, patience and sense of urgency. She took my # and kept me posted all night long. Even on her time off, she let me know that they were looking. I want to point out that outside of this incident, I always noticed Charlene at the customer service desk. She has a positive tone about her voice & is always being friendly to those around her. Andew & James were also most helpful. I do hope I captured all names. By the way, let's not forget that this store should get some kind of props for keeping it clean & keeping it safe!! Thanks to everyone!!!
