  I went on my break to get the meal of the day first I had to wait for the two women to stop talking in there language not even english looked at me and if I didn’t speak up heaven knows how long I would’ve waited second there fountain machine for the soda is out of order and she just charged me $2 extra for bottle without informing so when I asked they just looked at me like if I had the problem worst service ever!!!’n

  I'm only writing this review in hopes that it gets better. I'm not new, I've lived here for years and I've come to this subway often, though lately, it's been going drastically downhill since last year. Often times my order (Of which yes, I use the app to order online) gets messed up in some way, or, in this case, what is supposed to be a cold cut combo is only gets one type of meat with sauce, nothing more. This seems to be more apparent with the "Meal of the Day" menu selection as anytime that's ordered instead of being in store, I've noticed more of an issue with that at this location. I guess for this store you need to come in; Make eye contact, actually order in person otherwise you'll not get what you want most of the time. The only other downside I'll say is sometimes the associates can be a bit snippy with their responses which seems a bit rude, especially when you're asking a questions to them or, as a few times I have walked in, they don't even bother to mention anything at all standing near the back on their phones, and of course, I'm not complaining about that, but, it can be a bit of a bad thing for anyone to just walk in and take an order from pickup if you don't confirm it, that's all.

  I made an order online and the woman said if she doesn’t see it on her end she can’t do anything about. I understand that policy however the deliverance could have been way more polite. Especially since I waited 20 minutes.She also went to the back and pretended that she couldn’t hear me saying I’m ready one million times. It was a short Indian girl with straight long black hair
