  I had a bad experience at Wendy's. My order was taken wrong and had to be corrected by a manager. I double-checked that it included bacon and sour cream because this location constantly forgets those items, so I end up paying extra and not receiving them. The cashier turned to another employee and said “oh, she wants everythinggg on it,” which was unnecessary and unprofessional. The order was eventually right but the attitude was off. If basic questions annoy you, maybe customer service isn’t the role for you

  Really have to say this Wendy's is a 5/5. The food was perfectly made and seems hot and fresh. The frosty was nice and thick. And the drive thru employee seem genuinely happy to help you.

  The manager looked like he was too busy. He told somebody else to take care of me. And then I noticed the employee of the month hadn’t been updated in about five months. To me that’s a thermostat and how they feel about their employees. Americans are underpaid. For a country that sends 30,000 per person here to support other countries. That does not help. It literally rubs in in our face that we’re not appreciated..

  Food was decent for a fast food place but the young spanish girl that was in drive through window was cursing and yelling about the lady before me and I asked for 1 ranch and was charged for it.
