  To be told it will take 30-40 minutes to get a sandwich is crazy. For a fast food restaurant. These sticky Notes were on all the kiosk

  I ordered my lunch from here today and the sandwich I received just reinstated my decision to not eat at this location ever again the bread was hard as a rock literally could not bite it. Stale and old like it was next to a heat source and just hardened. Not something you miss when making a sandwich so that was a decision. And barely any bacon was on my sandwich mind you I paid extra for it, straight scraps on the sandwich. Wasting my time and money.

  I had a good experience at this location, which is convenient with ample parking. The food and beverage quality was very good. Very nice “fresh” breakfast sandwich and also “fresh” and hot coffee. Service was good, although I used self-service to order. The atmosphere is good as well, nice combination of booths, tables, and hi-tops. Overall, a very good customer experience.

  Got a sandwich that was mostly bread with a little dry chicken and tiny dabs of avocado. I had a feeling the chicken was old and I think I was right because now I have food poisoning. Will never be eating here again!

  The workers are terrible and inconsiderate. I went with my family and ordered my food around 9:40 when they closed at 10. The food came out around 9:55 and when we had ordered we asked for dine in. They give us our food in bags and I told them we said dine in and the lady told me after a certain time they don’t give out plates. I asked if we could still eat there and she said yes that’s no problem she just can’t give regular plates. So we sit down and start eating and at 10 they turned off the light twice, basically telling us to leave. Then a few minutes later 2 coworkers come near us and start saying “I’m not gonna lie, they need to hurry up and leave I’m trying to go home”. We didn’t say anything at that point and just kept eating. At around 10:08 they shut off the lights completely. My sister had then got up and asked them nicely to turn them back on because we were still eating. They didn’t listen and told her to leave because they were closed. So I then get up and tell them to please turn the lights back on because they still have customers in there eating. The lady then tells me we are closed and I continue telling her I understand they are closed but you guys had said it was fine to still eat here so turn on the lights because that is rude. She then laughed said they are closed and walked away. Then someone from the kitchen came and asked what was going on. I then told her how it’s rude to just shut off the light when you have customers still eating. She then said okay that she will give us until 10:15. We started packing our food because we didn’t even wanna stay anymore with how the employees were treating us. All the employees were young and inconsiderate and just don’t care about there job. This was the worst customer service place I’ve ever been to. You don’t ever just turn off the light on a customer.
