I told a manager, who simply took the chair away with no apology or concern. It was embarrassing and handled very poorly. I was initially offered two $15 rewards, but when I chose to also accept a refund, the rewards were taken back. Given that this was a safety issue, I felt that both the refund and the rewards were the least they could do. Overall, I did not feel taken seriously.

This feels less like a one-time mistake and more like a training issue. A little more attention to detail and retraining staff on properly reading tickets would go a long way. I want to like this location, but the repeated order errors make it hard to keep coming back. Not to mention your have to keep asking them to turn the air off. It’s winter of 2026, why is it even on in the first place 🥶
