- BBBrianDec 31, 20251.0Google says this location is open until 11pm. We made an Order at 1015pm while sitting in the parking lot. We pull up with our code at 1016pm and the girl on the microphone says theyre closed. We said we have a code and paid on the app. Girl says theyre closed. We asked how to get a refund, she says theyre closed. So tomorrow we will figure out how to get refunded when mcdonalds closed earlier then they have stated. This is a management issue but girl on the microphone could have been more professional but chose to be rude. She knew what was going on. We knew what was going on. Idk why i expected a mcdonalds worker to be professional

Both drive thru lines were packed, which I didn't mind because I thought they must be carefully cooking and preparing the food...WRONG! My order was prepared hastily. The burgers weren't even wrapped properly. The wrapper was open on not 1 but 2 burgers. I was also missing a burger from the #9 combo and an order or fries from another order placed. The burgers weren't good. They were cold and a waste of money. The only decent thing in the meal were the fries which were fresh only because I asked for no salt. That's the only reason I'm giving 2 stars. I'll go to the Hillside location the next time. I'm highly disappointed in this location.
