Whether it’s drive thru or inside, it always seems to get backed up constantly. I think an issue might be communication within the team: a store can only operate when everyone is working towards the end goal. I have been asked a few times to double confirm my order after placing it. I’d say the drive thru is worse, waiting on average longer than at other McDonald’s locations. You definitely feel it especially if there’s a rush. Also, there’s a fee here for something as simple as extra mayo: again, not seen at other locations. All in all not terrible, but not super great either.

Service is very fast..... Only thing I don't understand is from McDonald's why don't they have a rack that is heated to keep the food hot for the deliveries. They just leave it on a regular metal rack waiting there and you don't know when a driver is going to show up for it so it's going to sit there and get cold then the driver gets blamed.... Just a suggestion
