  We had an amazing dining experience! Our waitress, Amber, was absolutely fantastic. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. From the moment we walked in, she made us feel welcome and ensured our glasses were always full. Her recommendations were spot on, and she delivered our food promptly. The food was delicious, but Amber truly made the afternoon special. We'll be back, and we'll be requesting her again! 5/5 stars"

  I visited Mambo for lunch & I had a great time, better than expected! The food was delicious, the atmosphere great & my server Junior completed the experience from start to finish! He started with great cocktail recommendations & was attentive, inviting, knowledgeable & professional our entire stay. It had been over 2 years since I’ve visited the restaurant but I’ll be returning more often. Do yourself a favor & request to sit in Juniors section!

  I recently attended a Paint and Sip event at Mambo Restaurant in Union, New Jersey, and it was such an incredible experience! We had a reservation for 10 people on a Thursday night, and from the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The service was absolutely amazing — our waiter went above and beyond to make sure we were all taken care of. He was friendly, attentive, and even surprised us with a little dance while serving drinks, which made the evening even more fun and lively! The food was phenomenal — we were pleasantly surprised by the generous portions, especially with the Mambo Platter, which was served individually. Everything was flavorful, fresh, and beautifully presented. The drinks were also excellent, well-crafted and perfectly balanced. You could tell that care was put into every detail of the experience, from the menu to the atmosphere. Overall, it was a night full of laughter, good music, and great vibes. I’d highly recommend Mambo Restaurant for their events — especially the Paint and Sip nights! It’s the perfect mix of creativity, food, and fun. I really hope they host more events like these in the future, because my group and I would definitely come back!

The food is outstanding — full of flavor, perfectly seasoned, and clearly made with care. Every bite tastes fresh and genuine. You can tell this place takes pride in what they serve. The drinks are also top-notch, perfectly mixed and full of energy. The ambiance is just right — not too loud, not too quiet — perfect for good food, conversation, and a great time. It’s a place that feels alive yet comfortable. What truly made the night special was the excellent service from Junior. Always friendly, professional, and attentive — he made sure everything was perfect. It’s rare to find that kind of genuine hospitality. If I could, I’d give this place more than 5 stars. Everything here is done right — food, music, service, and atmosphere. Desde que entras, te recibe un ambiente lleno de vida, con luces coloridas, buena música y ese toque cubano que te pone de buen humor al instante. La comida es una maravilla — llena de sabor, perfectamente sazonada y preparada con evidente dedicación. Cada bocado sabe fresco, auténtico y delicioso. Se nota que este lugar se toma en serio lo que hace. Los tragos también son excelentes, bien preparados y con ese toque que los hace especiales. El ambiente es perfecto, ni muy ruidoso ni muy tranquilo, ideal para disfrutar buena comida, conversar y pasar un rato agradable. Es un sitio que transmite energía, pero a la vez comodidad. Y lo que realmente hizo la noche especial fue la atención excepcional de Junior. Siempre atento, amable y profesional. Da gusto encontrar personas que disfrutan su trabajo y hacen que uno se sienta bien atendido. Si pudiera, le daría más de 5 estrellas. Todo aquí está hecho con calidad y buen gusto — la comida, la música, el servicio y el ambiente. Sin duda, un lugar al que volveré muchas veces.
