  My experience at this cava was nothing short of welcoming, kind and positive. The manager, Jimmy, made sure to ask if the portion size was acceptable each time another topping was added. The food was fresh and delicious as well. I will be back!

  First and only Cava experience and I hope every Cava I visit gives me the same positive experience as this one! Employees are always so helpful and patient. Shout out to Danny on the register for always making check out so seamless and efificent! Will absolutely be back

  I have zero idea how this location has a 4.6 stars. I travel for work and go to various other Cava locations and this is by far the worst. CAVA.....if your employees can not follow directions on order modifications either take away the option or get better staff. There's zero reason why I should request my sauces and dips on the side and so much of my order missing. I ordered Pick up to avoid standing in a long slow line for a reason. Not because I want the "lite" version of my order for the same price as a regular order. Ordered a kids meal with 2 side dips. Both were missing as well as the pita chips. Ordered extra vegetable on my wife's order. They put 1 Brussel sprout cut in half and extremely skimpy on the meat. Might as well have Ordered the vegetarian version. Now my meal. Side sauces missing. Barely any chicken. Missing components. Skipped on the protein and when I complained to the girl at the pick up area, she sucked went off with and attitude and shoveled more chicken onto my plate. No complaint on more chicken but it should have been like that without a complaint necessary. I came to this location a few months after they opened and was disappointed by the service. Over a year later I come back and it's only gotten worse. Please go to a location or two in NYC and learn how to serve your customers properly. Or any of the Mezeh restaurants in the northeast (sorry yall, closest one is in Rockaway or Princeton). Unfortunately for me, there are too many other options and places for me to spend my $60 then to come here and face utter disappointment. Mom and pop shops appreciate my money more and follow directions apparently so Ill frequent them instead. ✌️

  I have ordered from this Cava location quite a few times. The first time, my bowl was made perfectly and tasted amazing. So much so that I ordered again a month later. Each subsequent time, it hasn’t failed that something is missing. Dressings for a salad bowl, the wrong meat, missing toppings. Today I ordered again, giving them yet another chance, and they did not provide any dressing for one of my bowls. Never fails.

  I always enjoy my food at this cava location but this not the first time i see this spanish dark skin short man that speak rough to his employee Like today he spoke in front of us the customers harsh to the young girl Yami and young boy Dontae when all their was doing is moving at a fast paste and working fine he told them if they don’t hurry up he will send them home now “ this is unacceptable to say in front of us customers there a time for everything and he always has an attitude unacceptable this team needs to do better
