I certain male employee( see photos below) wouldn’t let me into the lobby to order!!! I had 15 MINUTES UNTIL 12am which is what their website says and their door!!! How INCONSISTENT, INCONSIDERATE and UNPROFESSIONAL!!! The after “HAGGLING” with him and his 5 minute conversation with the woman at the register…by the way who was taking care of TWO OTHER CUSTOMERS that’s were already in there!!…he tells me condescendingly that he will allow me to stand a outside and walk up to the drive thru and order!!! Are you kidding me…like how unsafe tattoos me how embarrassing….so I just had enough of being patronized and went to McDonald’s next door instead and I left! Usually the staff is very kind and professional and follows the rules….The owner needs to supervise his nighttime management team better. If the lobby stays open until 12am then that means that customers can ENTER THE PREMISES AND ORDER UNTIL 12AM!!! Unless I’m mistaken and the Lobby closes at 11:45…then it should state that on yiur website and store door!!!! And this “employee”( see photos below) needs A LOT more training!!!!
