    I hope higher up sees this because today this place was under staffed and they were doing their best even with some many orders. I was the 3rd car in my land and waited 45 minutes for a small meal.This place is too popular for it to be understaffed. Get that part right protect and help your employees!

    I waited over 30 minutes in the drive thru line on a recent Friday night around 11:30pm. I had pre-ordered so I finally went inside to get my order. No apology for the insanely slow service. Will not be coming back.

    The worse Drive-through McDonald’s ever! You can sit for 20 minutes for a cup of coffee. Instead of them having the cars with the Food’s not ready go park in the lot. They let them sit online while the line backs up the worst the worst the worst. Kennedy Blvd. Union city!!!!!!

    5:30am I wanted to get a coffee to start my morning, so I went through Drive-through #1 and ended up getting stuck for 20 minutes. There was 1 car in front of me and about 8 behind, so i couldn’t just reverse and leave. Meanwhile, the other drive-through I counted 7 cars ordering and pulling up as I sat there not being able to do anything. On top of that the people that work there are just rude and shouldn’t be doing customer service.

    If you want efficient, fast service STAY AWAY from this McDonald's. Service is HORRIBLE. They made me wait for 45 minutes just to get 2 McChickens and french fries.
