No heart, Charlie was definitely sad and didn’t understand why.

They didn’t even have the donuts I wanted. Fine, that happens sometimes. But when I asked them to simply refund me and only charge for the products they actually had, the worker flat out refused. I even tried to be reasonable and suggested a fair exchange: two pre-pack ice creams that cost the same (and I was even willing to pay the difference if needed). Again, a straight-up “NO.” Zero flexibility, zero customer care. What made it worse—and honestly disgusting—was that the worker had just come out of the bathroom, went straight to handling donuts without gloves, and still expected me to accept the order. That is absolutely unhygienic and unacceptable. In the end, I walked away without taking anything, yet the charge is STILL sitting on my account. Unbelievable. I am shocked at the arrogance, the lack of respect for health standards, and the complete absence of basic customer service. If this is how Dunkin’ is training their staff, they seriously need to rethink their priorities. I will never be coming back, and I recommend everyone think twice before spending their hard-earned money here.
