    On December 19th on very rany morning I visited this dunkin and ordered a matcha with oat milk. I explained to the manager on staff that my last experience the matcha was bitter so that means to much match has been use she mumbled that they have a measuring system . I guest that measuring system was wash in my matcha because the matcha I paid for tasted like soap!!! Then on this wind rainy day the coffee felt from my hands and the ground looked soapy .I got pictures to prove. When I showed the manager she acknowledged it looked like soap but she believes that there was already soap on The floor I need a lawyer the fact that spent my money to have soap but into my drink is wrong

    Food was everything you should expect from Dunkin. The service was really good though, quick and efficient, friendly. They get a virtual star for being open Christmas day!

    I know they close at 12 but come on. I was walking my dog and we were passing this Dunkin’ Donuts at 12:05. The service window was open and the employee there refused to sell me a pup cup for my dog. Offered cash and he still refused Charlie, which is a 1 year old Golden Doodle who whenever he sees a Dunkin’ Donuts sign tries to drag me there for a pup cup. No heart, Charlie was definitely sad and didn’t understand why.
