    Beware this place has roaches and mice. The place is very dirty with poor customer service. New management is very unsanitary.Just watch how they handle food before you order. You will see for yourself.

    Absolutely unacceptable experience. We were customers and were refused access to the restroom with the excuse that it was “employees only.” No sign, no explanation, just a flat refusal. This is basic human decency, not a luxury. The staff showed zero empathy and poor customer service. Treating paying customers this way is disrespectful and embarrassing for the business. If this is how Dunkin’ chooses to operate, I suggest going somewhere else where customers are treated like human beings. I will not be returning, and I do not recommend this location to anyone.

    Pésimo servicio, no puede ser posible que no permitan el acceso al baño a personas adultas, falta de empatia, otras cadenas como Mc Donald, Burgen, Popeyes te permiten el acceso, no pueden fallar en algo tan básico como es la buena atención a los clientes.
