- BLBrian “J” LeeMar 26, 20261.0I visited this location on Sunday afternoon, and it was one of the most infuriating customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I ordered a combo meal and was waiting for my order to be called. Two customers came in after me and ordered the exact same item. When the manager guy called the order, I immediately responded. Instead of giving it to me, he gave it to those two customers who came after me. This was not a simple mistake. He clearly chose to ignore me and serve others first. When I told him this was wrong, he gave me a rude look and said, “Just wait. It will take another 6–7 minutes.” I explained that I had ordered first, and he coldly responded, “It doesn’t matter.” That kind of attitude is completely unacceptable. As an Asian customer, this felt discriminatory and extremely disrespectful. I have experienced similar situations before, and this felt no different. When I finally got my food, I told him that customers should be served in order. He again said, “Listen, it doesn’t matter.” I responded, “No, it does matter.” Not only did he mishandle the order, but he also refused to take any responsibility or apologize. Zero accountability, zero respect. This was absolutely disgusting customer service. I will never come back to this place again.

- MDM DonesFeb 25, 20261.0Horrible service they can never get the order right. Paid for a $5 cappuccino and got a regular coffee with cream. If I could give it zero I would. Only didn't go back because I was in a rush to work. To top it off after almost finishing my coffee I find a foreign object. That place should be shut down. This just ruined Dunkin for me.
