- PCPaige CawthonFeb 22, 20261.0Absolutely horrible customer service! Sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes - AFTER PAYING!! Legitimately sat at the second window for over 25 minutes with NO employee communication whatsoever. Watched them pour my drinks and let them sit on the counter for the whole wait. Not one person to greet me, explain there was going to be a wait or anything. Mind you, I got there at 10:28 am and I’m FINALLY pulling out of the parking lot at 11:04 am (on the weekend, so it wasn’t even a last minute breakfast order). This is hands down the WORST McDonalds in the area. You’ll get better service AND make it home sooner if you drive to the McDonald’s the next town over.
