A young man over the speaker heard my order and when I got the window to grab my ICED VANILLA LATTE WITH CARAMEL DRIZZLE, I got an iced latte. He didn’t even add vanilla or caramel when I told him my order. When I got it the white slip on the cup literally said iced latte. I surely won’t be back here for any coffee cravings. Thank you to the young man that RUINED my day.
