    bought normal order, two sandwiches and two donuts. There is no way on the app to request butter, so I have been asking when I pull up. The first time, I was told that I had to indicate when ordering, but after explaining, they gave me two packets of butter as requested. Twice since, I've had the same interaction, once less friendly and accommodating, once with no complaints. Today, they outright refused, saying that they didn't have any and that I had to order ahead of time. She says she has butter but nothing to put it in. The Bacon-Egg-cheese croissant is very dry and needs butter to be edible, so I am annoyed. The Duncan in question #302002 is located right next to my work, so I am annoyed that I now have to go out of my way to find another with more accommodating staff.

    This is hands down the worst dunkin I have ever been in. You will stand inside the store for 30 minutes while the incompetent crew of 4 soupy focuses on the 5 cars that they can’t handle in the drive thru. This, place, SUCKS
