  Rude staff, if you go in they stand around not helping you for 20 minutes, if you use the drive through they cut you off and get your order wrong. Most of the employees aren’t fluent english speakers which is fine except for the fact that they never understand orders. Literally every time I have gone here something has been messed up.

  Worse Dunkin store I’ve ever visited across the country. Extremely loud rude man on the drive thru speaker this afternoon, 2/8/26. Please stop visiting this location and let this place shut down. No customer should have to deal with the way this man speaks to people. He needs an immediate lesson on courteous and professional communication.

  bought normal order, two sandwiches and two donuts. There is no way on the app to request butter, so I have been asking when I pull up. The first time, I was told that I had to indicate when ordering, but after explaining, they gave me two packets of butter as requested. Twice since, I've had the same interaction, once less friendly and accommodating, once with no complaints. Today, they outright refused, saying that they didn't have any and that I had to order ahead of time. She says she has butter but nothing to put it in. The Bacon-Egg-cheese croissant is very dry and needs butter to be edible, so I am annoyed. The Duncan in question #302002 is located right next to my work, so I am annoyed that I now have to go out of my way to find another with more accommodating staff.

  I asked for no sprinkles on the donuts, and they put sprinkles. Simple request couldn’t be fulfilled.
