  Location, 460 crosskeys hurfville road, sewll, nj.... Used the app and drive thru, servicer was very rude, food wasn't cooked/prepared well, its hope this gets to dunkin

  i doordashed online and it took over an hour for them to cancel the order with no explanation. i had 5 doordashers go there and they canceled. i’m not happy it wasted 2 hours of my time

  They seldom follow directions and the orders are consistently inconsistent. Whenever I order an English muffin toasted, it comes back having obviously been in the oven but never toasted (a light brown ring circles the top but the bread is floppy and cold). Order an amazing drink one day and the next time it will be made entirely different and be undrinkable. This is true of all locations I have been to, but especially this one. The job is not hard (I worked at Taco Bell and have had similar experience) -- they are just lazy and do not care that the lack of quality is a reflection on their work ethic. I know they make minimum wage (I did too when I worked at Taco Bell) but that is no excuse to screw over your customers regularly. I won't be returning to this or any Dunkin- I have wasted enough money on people who can't even do the bare minimum. How embarrassing to be bad at a job as simple as this. Toast. They can't make toast.
