Whenever I order an English muffin toasted, it comes back having obviously been in the oven but never toasted (a light brown ring circles the top but the bread is floppy and cold). Order an amazing drink one day and the next time it will be made entirely different and be undrinkable. This is true of all locations I have been to, but especially this one. The job is not hard (I worked at Taco Bell and have had similar experience) -- they are just lazy and do not care that the lack of quality is a reflection on their work ethic. I know they make minimum wage (I did too when I worked at Taco Bell) but that is no excuse to screw over your customers regularly. I won't be returning to this or any Dunkin- I have wasted enough money on people who can't even do the bare minimum. How embarrassing to be bad at a job as simple as this. Toast. They can't make toast.

I came here the day of wicked launch just for the munchkin tin, i get there 30 minutes after they open, with a mobile order placed and paid for, claiming they do not have the tins. Why were they promoted on the digital menu board then? I said okay no problem I’ll just get a refund and go to next dunkin, no big deal. Wrong. The lady said she could not give me a refund and no manager would be there until 7:00 either. What business runs without a manager? She told me I needed to do a refund through the mobile app myself and she didn’t even know how to do it to be able to help me. Ridiculous. I distributed charge with my bank and will not be coming back here.

On top of that, the blueberry muffin I received was cold and stale, definitely not fresh. To make matters worse, the staff was rude and unprofessional, which made the whole experience even more frustrating. I usually come to Dunkin’ expecting quick, friendly service and decent food, but this visit was unacceptable.
