  Just ordered a black cold brew, nothing fancy, no sweeteners or creamers , don't care for 100g of sugar in a drink and it was terrible. Took one sip and dumped it. Won't be returning to any location. Starbucks and Dunkin are cheaper and actually taste like coffee.

  Normally, my family and friends enjoy the coffee here. However, I recently caught one of the employees sticking their entire BARE FINGER inside the metal pitcher used to steam milk for lattes. I was in the drive through and pulled up literally next to the preparation/kitchen area. I had a very clear view. He did this to test the temperature of the milk after I returned the barely warm coffee (requested a hot latte) that was served to me. I'm thankful that I saw the employee do this because that milk was clearly tampered with. I hate to think that this employee would have possibly re-warmed the very same milk and served it to me, knowing what he did. I immediately alerted the female employee who initially took my order of what I saw. She offered to make me another latte but at that point, I was so mortified by what I saw, I just requested a refund immediately. There didn't appear to be someone in management that I could soeak with on site but I did contact headquarters right away. They have not returned the phone call message I left them (the main number basically just has a series of prompts with information and another prompt just to leave a message- no live operator or person). 7 Brew is a franchise based in Arkansas. I am hoping my experience is addressed as soon as possible (which I have documentation of). Hopefully, the employee who used his BARE FINGER to test milk temperature will be trained in proper food safety to prevent customer illness or possible liabilities for 7 Brew. Be careful out here folks!

  The staff did not follow my order and gave me hot coffee when i asked for without ice. Then they gave my cold without ice but coffee was not even half filled. Like i payed for the coffee cup not the ice + the tip.This is ridiculous!

  Ordering coffee should NOT be this difficult. First of all, getting to the drive thru is an entire circus so have fun with that, and then there’s not even a menu at the drive thru. Its a QR code, which who is trying to scan a code while driving and then there’s an entire like forming behind you because you’re trying to get the page to load. Didn’t even end up ordering. Left after we realized how many hoops you have to jump through just for a simple coffee. Wawa or dunkin is so much easier

  This place only serves drinks, espresso based and sweet cold drinks like milkshakes or energy drinks. Delicious. Staff is nice and helpful. They have 4-5 people taking orders outside, 1 guy directing traffic in the parking lot and a few inside making the drinks. There is no place to sit.
