  Had a really rude and mean worker take my order. I was unfamiliar with the menu and she was really mean about it. I had an order in mind that I said to her and she claimed that they didn’t have any of what I asked for (which is fine, it was just how she went about it.) I saw it on TikTok and wanted to try it so I didn’t realize this location didn’t have it. She just stared at me and said “idk what you’re talking about or what that is” with a condescending tone. All she had to say was “sorry we don’t have that” or literally anything else. I was really nice to her and I work in customer service so I try to understand when workers are having a bad day but she really ruined my morning. I ended up ordering a fizz and it did taste good but even with that she was huffing and puffing when I was requesting the syrups in my fizz. The guy who handed me my drink was nice and the drink was good so I gave 2 stars instead of 1. I want to try this place again but I will have to pray I don’t have this worker take my order again.

  This is more then a coffee shop. This is family. Im loyal and there there almost daily. They know me by name. They know my order and remind ME if I forget to order it sugar free. Mike, Destiny, and Danielle... are top notch employees! Fun kind and oh so sweet! Is the music loud, sure, but thats corporates doing. Roll your windows up. You dont want to talk and your attendant is talking "too much" roll your windows up. That's their job. They are trained to talk to you. If your coffee is wrong, SAY SOMETHING, do you know how fast they will take it and make it again! I stupidly forgot to get almond milk, and made the comment as such when I got my drink, I said not to worry bc it was my fault and this beautiful soul (this wasnt my normal time and I dont know her name) kindly took it out of my hands told me "girl, no" and remade it for me. She got an extra tip that day. They go above and beyond for their customers! Like I said... its family!

  So, I had never been here before and I pulled up, told them I’d never been there before, and encountered two of the nicest employees who helped me navigate their menu and get a drink that is 10/10! They were wonderful, the drink is awesome, highly recommend! Thank you for the great experience guys, I will be back! Medium Blondie with caramel drizzle and cold foam.. 😍

  Where is the espresso?! This cup of macchioto was literally oat milk and vanilla syrup. I was headed to Starbucks after the DMV and said let’s see what the hype is about this place (I’ve heard about it and the line was wrapped around, so must be good right!), well this was definitely just hype. The beverages were not good, the card reader did not work to process payment, and although the order taker was very pleasant, her clothing was quite filthy (this is unacceptable in food service no matter the position), no one was in uniform, which I assume is the lure to get teens to work (I get it), but it just seemed chaotic and maybe if I thought the two cups of macchiato (one hot, one cold) was worth the almost $13, maybe I would overlook these things, but nope, it wasn’t worth it, so I can’t. It’s a one and done for me!

  I went to this establishment and they had music blaring in the drive-through, all the employees were dressed like they were homeless people, and they were running around with iPads taking orders, but doing things with no rhyme or reason and it was pure chaos. When I finally got my drink, the person who handed it to me, asked me to “test it” to make sure it was mine. There was most definitely dairy milk in this when I requested almond milk because my breastfed baby was spitting up for the rest of the day. I decided to go back the next day to give this place another chance, and all of the employees were huddled inside singing as loud as they could to the song that blared over the speaker and when I tried to order, she said hold on this is our song and went inside and left me sitting there waiting for someone to take my order. Another girl came out and had to yell over the singing and music to find out what my order was and then she accidentally processed my order has cash instead of card and it took five minutes for me to figure out how to correct it. I will not be returning. Horrible customer service, long weight and a very horrible and chaotic environment. Bottom of the Barrel experience.
