  I ordered on the mcdonalds app before breakfast close and it went THROUGH. But when drivers got there they kept denying them my food which made drivers cancel over and over again and I didn’t even know why until AN HOUR LATER AND THEY ALREADY TOOK MY MONEY. This is so unprofessional of this store and the app. I ORDERED BEFORE BREAKFAST CLOSED. If you can’t serve food at the right time then don’t serve it at all. Despicable. Do not order food here wirh the mcdonalds app at all.

  I didn't receive my order and I paid and they never did it, they just said they had already done it, only 8 minutes had passed

  Waited 15 minutes for a small breakfast order. As I was waiting and asking for a refund (due to fact that it was taking so long) a Spanish speaking woman with blonde highlights said "ay yy yy, this is not fast food" seriously?! And when I got home I realized that the young woman with long black ponytail who gave me my order, did not give me any syrup or butter for my hotcakes!

  Forgot our hot chocolate after having to wait about 10 minutes in the over flow spots. Then they took literally 20+ minutes to make one hot chocolate, instead of just giving us our money back or swapping drinks easily because 'they were cleaning the machine'. They really need to hire more people because thats insane, they're so bad here save yourself and get food from the bk down the road.
