The cart attendant, an African American man, who was smoking a cigarette on his shift near the entrance of the doorway, yelled at my wife for placing the cart in the wrong area. First and foremost, is this the look that acme wants as a retailer? Do you allow your employees to blow cigarette smoke into customers faces while yelling at them for trying to put away a cart? Are you kidding? It’s 10 degrees outside, we are loyal customers, and you allow these behaviors to happen when my wife was only trying to help the cart guy. I’ll be stopping in to speak to management tomorrow, promise you that, I’ll have my say. This place should be ashamed of the behaviors by your people.
