  The truth is that it has terrible staff, the girls who work there just show that they are not at all friendly, several of them treat customers well and provide good service.

  Every time we order they never get it correctly or we have missing items. This has happened on multiple occasions, especially when we want to order food for our child.

  I’ve gone to many Dunkin’s for years and I’ve never received such a sloppy and disgusting drink. I work at a Dunkin in PA, so I know that it is not at all hard to make an iced macchiato, it is a basic drink with a simple recipe. I got a caramel macchiato today from this Dunkin; not only did they not mix the syrup into the milk before pouring the espresso, they put in at least 2 large double shots, possibly 3, instead of 1 double shot. The milk only went up to the first ice mark…more than 2/3 of my drink was espresso. There was almost no ice left in the cup because of the extreme over-measurement of espresso. So disappointing to see such laziness when it wasn’t even busy at all. Clearly these people are not being trained correctly and have no supervisor because not a single person I work with, coworker or supervisor, would allow a drink to go out like this. It won’t let me add a picture, I presume because they get so many complaints and don’t want new customers to see how bad they make drinks. Do better!

  Whenever I get an iced tea it ALWAYS has a coffee taste. I don’t think they properly clean the equipment and mix coffee and ice tea makers. It’s disgusting

  Horrible coffee experience. Every time I come to this location, something is wrong. I have heart issues, so I specifically ask for decaf every time, yet they still give me regular espresso shots. That’s not a small mistake — it’s a health concern. They also mixed up my drink with my girlfriend’s, and the drinks are never mixed properly. There’s always sugar sitting at the bottom, and we have to mix it ourselves. What’s frustrating is that every other Dunkin location does it right, so this is clearly a location issue. It’s getting really annoying, and I won’t be coming back unless this improves.
