Person at register and drive thru intercom was rushing everyone despite them making customers wait in drive thru for about 7 minutes. I understand if it was busy, but it was NOT busy. Only one car in front of me. Did not let me scan points for loyalty, gave attitude when I was paying. She said I did not pay and the card didn’t work and rushed me to give it to her again but when I gave it, she said it went through. Drinks— I ordered online and the drink does not taste right. Ordered a mango refresher with green tea. The green tea tastes like it is rotten and old and there is barely any mango flavor. I have worked at another dunkin and shift lead for two years and never has it ever tasted this way before. Got an upset stomach after drinking it. Bought a cup of water and when I was drinking, I found lint and dust and debris in the cup. This is horrible and the preparation of their food is horrible. If they were nicer I would understand if it was a bad day, but the service was absolutely horrible. I would understand since I have worked at a Dunkin’ before, but the service was horrible and the products do not even taste correct. Will never be coming back.

Also asked for an ice tea lemonade got a lemonade. Said what I wanted. She dumped put the lemonade and just gave me ice tea. Its not hard to read and use your ears
